Since 2021, Dr. Jerold has been my health hero. My back was in big trouble from a mean thing called L4-L5 disc herniation, and it was like a slow, painful thief stealing my strength bit by bit. Walking a few steps felt like climbing a mountain, with the pain shooting up my left side. I was like a leaning tower, tilting to the right because of the hurt.
Life became really tough. I couldn't do my job properly, and my fun badminton games turned into distant dreams. The pain was like a boss, giving me a 10 out of 10 on the hurt scale. Things got a little better, but in 2023, the pain monster roared back, almost making me helpless. Friends had to carry me to the hospital, and the medicines didn't do much.

Can you believe it? In just 4 weeks, the pain went from 10/10 to 2/10! My crooked body straightened out, and I felt more flexible than a rubber band. Five months later, I'm like a new me, and the best part is, now I know how to stay healthy.

The session was so good, and the result is also good. I have attended 7 sessions for my L4 and L5 disc bulge, the way she approached the patient and gives a hope is good and it feels that I am going to get rid of the pain very soon as possible and it happened.
